Ordering

• To place an order, add products to your cart and complete the checkout form with your name, mobile number, and full delivery address.
• After you order, we call your number to confirm. Orders we cannot reach by phone after 3 attempts may be cancelled.
• All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include the product price; delivery is charged separately (৳70 inside Dhaka, ৳120 outside).

Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. You pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives. No advance payment is required.

Delivery

• Inside Dhaka: usually 1–2 working days.
• Outside Dhaka: usually 2–4 working days.
• Delivery times may vary during holidays or adverse conditions; we'll inform you if there's a delay.

Product Information

We describe products and photograph them as accurately as possible. Handmade items may have slight natural variations in color, size, or finish — this is normal and part of their uniqueness. Screen colors may differ slightly from the actual product.

Returns

Damaged, defective, or wrong items can be returned within 7 days — see our Return & Refund Policy for details.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order any time before it ships — just call or WhatsApp us. We may also cancel orders that appear fraudulent or where the customer repeatedly refuses delivery.
